MY STORY
Hi, I'm Heidi, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Digestive Health Specialist, C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Kinesiologist, Author, Speaker and overall Health Nut.
When I started my Holistic Wellness Practice, I found myself spending more time researching client resources and business tools than I did seeing clients. Thankfully, that has changed, but the experience inspired me to create Aspired Wellness Coaching, a simple site to help connect new Wellness Professionals to client tools and resources that can help them build their practice and help their clients thrive.
From healing technologies, supplement brands, insurance providers, products, and more, my goal to share some of the resources that I use daily in hopes to help save you a little time.
